^^the cutest Mother’s Day gift! sugarpova candysugarpova candy sugarpova chocolate sugarpovasugarpova candy

You guys! I was super excited the other day when I received a package in the mail and it was full of sweets from Maria Sharapova’s candy line. I have been wanting to try Sugarpova for sooo long. As a tennis player myself, I grew up watching Maria Sharapova, following her fashion (on and off the court) and was so excited when she created her own candy line! I think the packaging/branding is my favorite part because it’s so dang cute (and the candy, of course).

I tried five of her gummy candies – Spooky (sour), Splashy, Smitten (sour), Quirky, and Flirty. Aren’t the names adorable? My favorite is definitely Smitten (sour) – I love a good sour candy and these are perfectly sweet and sour (and cute to look at!). I also love the tasty lips in the Flirty pack and the Quirky candies were like a licorice with filling – yum! Spooky (sour) actually didn’t have much of a sour flavor to them but they were still delicious.

I also tried all four of her gourmet chocolate bars – Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate with Strawberry, Dark Chocolate, and Dark Chocolate with Coconut. The packaging of these chocolate bars is so beautiful that I didn’t want to break them open. To be honest, I am not a big dark chocolate fan so those weren’t my favorite, but if you like dark chocolate they are probably amazing! The milk chocolate, on the other hand, was delicious. The chocolate is made by a gourmet chocolate company based out of Poland and made exclusively for Sugarpova for a limited time only, so get your hands on a bar before they’re gone! Plus, what’s better than a chocolate dipped strawberry? They also make a fun gift idea for Mother’s Day coming up!

Hope you all have a lovely week!

How come candy on a stick is so much more fun than candy from a bag? Candy kabobs were one of the first things I started making when I created this blog and they are still my favorite project to date! I recently fulfilled an order of candy kabobs for a baby shower and I loved them so much I wanted to share how cute they turned out! I took my original fruit candy kabob and tweaked it to fit the theme of the baby shower, including customized tags. Aren’t they the perfect candy party favor?

I love being able to make someone’s party/event that much sweeter with candy! What’s the best candy party favor you have ever received? Comment below and share!

PS – Thanks to everyone who helped me fulfill this order so quick – you know who you are 😉 More exciting candy projects coming SOON!
